METRO Conditions Assessment and Design Services for the Roof Replacement at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall RFQ 4151 Metro is seeking qualified firms for Conditions Assessment and Design Services for the Roof Replacement at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. The purpose of the project is to provide roof replacement design solutions for use with bidding and construction administration to replace the roof on the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. Electronic proposals only are due no later than May 2, 2023 at 2:00 pm to http://bidlocker.us/a/oregonmetro/BidLocker. Metro is seeking proposals for roof replacement design solutions to study, recommend, design, and prepare all documentation required for bidding and construction administration to replace the roof on the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. Details are provided in the solicitation document. Pre-Proposal Conference A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at ASCH located at 1037 SW Broadway, Portland OR 97205 on April 18 at 10:00 a.m. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFQu requirements.
