PORTLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE Public Safety Dispatch System Solicitations due: May 3, 2023 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SOLICITATION NO: P&CC23-030-RFP SUMMARY The purpose of this Request for Proposals (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Proposals from qualified Proposers interested in the provision of a Public Safety Dispatch System for Portland Community College. This Solicitation will result in a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875. The applicable Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective January 5, 2023 and the Prevailing Wage Rate Amendments effective January 11, 2023. The work will take place in Multnomah County, OR. No Pre-Proposal Conference or site inspection is scheduled for this Solicitation.
