CASEFILE 22-PA-02: A Jefferson County Zoning Ordinance amendment related to allowed uses and amenities regarding habitable and non-habitable accessory structures in Jefferson County. The failure to raise an issue by the close of the record at or following the final evidentiary hearing, in person or by letter, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the decision-maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based on that issue.
