NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Scappoose Public Library District, Columbia County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, will be held on the 20th day of April 2023 at 6:30 PM, in person in the library meeting room and via the Zoom platform. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. Email jweiss@scappooselibrary.org to receive Zoom access. A second meeting, if needed, will be held on the 18th day of May 2023 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 7th, 2023, at the Library, 52469 SE Second St., Scappoose, Oregon, during library business hours or at the library website www.scappooselibrary.org. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
