PUBLIC NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

PUBLIC NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Columbia 9-1-1 Communications District, Columbia County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, will be held virtually at 3:00 p.m. on the 27th of April 2023. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. The meeting will be virtual. Any person may speak at the meetings to discuss the proposed budget with the Budget Committee. For instructions and information about joining the meeting, visit the District’s website or contact the District’s administrative staff at 503-366-6973. A copy of the proposed budget may be inspected or obtained on or after the April 27th meeting at the District office, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. This notice is also published on the District’s website at www.Columbia911.com.
