IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF KING No. 23-5-00147-9 KNT NOTICE AND SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION In re: Catalina Benedict-Champoux, DOB: 7.18.2009 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to Daniel Champoux, Jr., who is the father of Catalina Benedict-Champoux (date of birth July 18, 2009) whose birth mother is Amber Rutherford nee Benedict, that a Petition for Termination of your Parental Rights in the above named child has been filed in King County Superior Court, and YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO APPEAR before the Judge of said Court at the King County Superior Courthouse, Kent location, located at 401 4th Avenue N, Kent, WA, Room 1J, on the 27th day of April, 2023, at 1:30 o’clock p.m. to attend a Termination Hearing and to answer the Petition for Termination of your Parental Rights in said above named child, and YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED the Court may terminate your parent-child relationship; and if the Court terminates your parent-child relationship you will lose all parental rights, powers, privileges, immunities, duties and obligations including any rights to custody, control, visitation, or support in said Child; and if the Court terminates your parent-child relationship, it will be permanently terminated, and thereafter you may not contest an adoption or other placement of said children, and YOU ARE ENTITLED TO REPRESENTATION BY COUNSEL and that counsel will be appointed for you if you are indigent and request counsel.
