NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CANBY The City Council will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 7 pm in the Council Chambers, 222 NE 2nd Ave and via Zoom to hear the following items: The 2023 Economic Opportunity Analysis (EOA), which is intended to serve as a basis for the City to explore and document new information regarding the City’s buildable lands inventory, population, and employment trends, and develop policies and objectives aimed at strengthening the local economy, and a Text Amendment to restore language in Chapter 16.10 of the Land Development and Planning Ordinance erroneously deleted in a previous code update. The public is encouraged to participate and provide comments.
