2023-24 Dundee Rural Fire Protection District Budget Notice NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING Monday, May 1st, 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to ORS 294.426, that a public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Dundee Rural Fire Protection District, serving rural Dundee in Yamhill County, will be held at the Dundee Fire Station at 801 OR-99W, Dundee, OR 97115, on the 1st day of May 2023, at 7:30 pm for the purpose of receiving the budget message and budget document of said district for the fiscal year 2023-2024 and to receive comment from the public regarding the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberations of the budget committee will take place, and any person may appear and discuss the proposed budget with the budget committee at that time. A copy of the budget document will be available at the Dundee Fire Station, at the time of the first meeting. After this meeting, a copy of the budget document may be inspected at the station, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
