THE WALLACE MEDICAL CONCERN vs. MOLINAS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, LLC SUMMONS – CASE NO. 23CV03589 IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF MULTNOMAH TO: MOLINAS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, LLC, the above-named defendant. You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, plaintiff for want thereof will apply to the above entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint, to-wit: 1. On plaintiff’s first claim for relief, for a monetary judgment in an amount to be determined at trial not to exceed $46,490.67, plus interest at a rate of 9% per annum from July 15, 2022 until paid in full; 2. For plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees, costs and disbursements incurred in this action pursuant to Section 21 of the Contract; and 3. For such other relief as the court deems just and proper.
