Notice of Budget Committee Meeting

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Fairview, Multnomah County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the biennium July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025 will be held at Fairview City Hall Council Chambers, 1300 NE Village Street, Fairview, Oregon, 97024. The meeting will take place on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 6:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Persons wishing to testify in written form are asked to provide written testimony to the City Recorder no later than 24 hours before the meeting to allow the testimony to be forwarded to the Budget Committee. Persons wishing to testify remotely in oral form must notify the City Recorder no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting so accommodations may be made. Persons who desire to provide comments regarding the hearing on possible uses of Oregon Revenue Sharing Funds should submit separate testimony, following the same procedures as described above. A copy of the proposed budget document will be available for inspection online at fairvieworegon.gov/budget beginning Monday, April 25, 2023 at 5:00 PM.
