CITY OF WEST LINN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE WEST LINN PLANNING COMMISSION TO REVIEW THE PROPOSED WEST LINN WILLAMETTE RIVERFRONT TAX INCREMENT FINANCE PLAN The West Linn Planning Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, to review the proposed West Linn Willamette Riverfront Tax Increment Finance Plan, including its relationship to the West Linn Comprehensive Plan. Following the hearing, the Commission will make a recommendation to the West Linn City Council. At least 10 days prior to the hearings, a copy of the proposed plan and associated staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at City Hall and on the City website https://westlinn oregon.gov/planning/west-linns-first-tax-increment-finance -district Alternately, copies may be obtained for a minimal charge per page. The public can attend in person or watch the meeting online at https://westlinnoregon.gov/meetings or on Cable Channel 30. The Commission will receive a staff presentation and invite both oral and written testimony at the hearing. Written comments may be submitted to dwyss@westlinnoregon.gov.
