The current beneficiary of the subject Trust Deed is Dollar Bank FSB. The Deed of Trust secures an obligation evidenced by a promissory note (the Note), and is a security interest upon the following-described real property (the Property): Lot 99, Hillsdale First Addition to the City of McMinnville, Yamhill County, State of Oregon. Commonly known as: 2305 SW Kauer Dr, McMinnville, OR 97128 APN: 523450 The undersigned hereby certifies that upon a review of its business records there are no known written assignments or appointments that have been made except those recorded in the real property records in the county or counties previously described as being secured by the Deed of Trust. No action has been instituted to recover the debt or any part thereof, except as permitted by ORS 86.752(7). The subject loan is in default by the grantor or other persons owing an obligation, performance of which is secured by the Trust Deed, or by a successor in interest, with respect to provisions therein which authorize sale in the event of such a provision, such default being the failure of the grantor to pay the 12/01/2020 installment payment when due and all installments thereafter accruing on the Note.
