Pre-Proposal Conference A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at the Oregon Convention Center north lobby, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd on April 26, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements. Metro OCC is looking for a qualified security system designer who possesses significant experience to design security solutions including: intrusion access alarm systems, access control systems (S2), and video surveillance systems (Qognify Ocularis VMS) for new and retrofit project levels.
