ORE 069440/069441 has been abandoned by the Estate of Ms. Delcy Ulrich and shall be sold AS IS, along with miscellaneous abandoned personal property. High bidder must dispose of any personal property at high bidder’s expense. The home is located at 3500 SE Concord Road, Space No. 73, Milwaukie, Oregon 97267. Sale shall be by private bidding with sealed bids. The minimum bid is $6,555.00. This does not include unpaid taxes, which are to be paid by high bidder.
