Notice of Budget Hearing A public meeting of the Tigard Water District will be held online on May 9, 2023, at 7:00 PM, via Zoom video conference. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, as approved by the Tigard Water District Budget Committee. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained online at www.tigardwater district.org. This budget is for an annual budget period. This budget was prepared on a basis of accounting that is the same as the preceding year. The Approved Budget for FY 2023-2024 expects revenues from the Tigard Water District’s share of the water sales revenues from within the District, as well as the interest earned on those revenues. Water sales revenues are expected to be $223,000. Interest earnings are expected to be $30,000. The Tigard Water District receives no other significant revenues. The Approved Budget for FY 2023-2024 appropriates $104,595 for Materials and Services and $15,689 for Contingencies. The Approved Budget for FY 2023-2024 also includes a Reserve Fund of $850,000.
