Bidders must be prequalified in Asphalt Concrete Paving (ACP) and Temporary Traffic Control (TTC). State Prevailing Wage Prevailing Wage Rates requirements apply to this Project because the maximum compensation for all Owner-contracted Work is more than $50,000.
