CITY OF MADRAS NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETINGS A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Madras, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, on the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, will be held at Madras City Hall in Council Chambers, 125 SW E St. There will be three meetings: May 11, 2023 @ 5:30PM; May 16, 2023 @ 5:30PM; and May 18, 2023 @ 5:30PM. The purpose of these meetings is to receive the budget message and to receive comments from the public on the budget. These are public meetings where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear virtually or in person at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
