HEARING NOTICE The Newberg City Council will hold a public hearing on May 15, 2023, at 7 p.m. at the Newberg Public Safety Building, 401 E Third Street, Newberg, OR and via teleconference using Zoom to evaluate the following new proposal: 1. Urban Reserve Area Expansion: Consider an application for an Urban Reserve Area Expansion of 95.3 acres at 31544 NE Corral Creek Road, 31905 NE Fernwood Road, 30575 NE Fernwood Road,30445 NE Fernwood Road Yamhill County Tax Lots R3222 02700, R3222 02500, R3222 2800, R3222 02900 and abutting right-of-way Applicant: Brian and Kathy Bellairs, and Bestwick LLC File: CPMA21-002 (City)/PA-01-21 (County) You may examine information regarding this project at the Newberg Community Development Department, 414 E First Street, Newberg, OR 97132, or on the city website at https:// www.newbergoregon.gov/planning, or at the project website at https://www.newbergoregon.gov/planning/page/cpma21-0002- newberg-urban-reserve-area-expansion-land-use-application.
