NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Madras Aquatics Center Recreation District, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 will be held at the Madras Aquatics Center, 1195 SE Kemper Way, Madras, OR and also accessible for viewing on zoom. The meeting will take place on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 6:00pm. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comments from the public on the proposed budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected after May 4, 2023 at the Madras Aquatics Center, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 6:00am and 5:00pm or online at macrecdistrict.com/governance.
