CITY OF WEST LINN, OREGON CONSTRUCTION SERVICES ROSEMONT SIGNAL LOOP DETECTOR UPGRADE Bids due: May 31, 2023 @ 2:00PM INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids for the City of West Linn Rosemont Signal Loop Detector Upgrade will be received at West Linn City Hall, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon, 97068 until 2:00 PM, May 31, 2023. Bids received shall be publicly opened and read immediately following the closed bid period. Bids received after 2:00 PM on May 31, 2023 will not be considered. First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure forms shall be delivered to City Hall no later than 4:00 PM on the same day. Bids shall be clearly marked Rosemont Signal Loop Detector Upgrade (PW-23-04). Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days following bid opening. This project will be bid and awarded as a lump sum contract. This project is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Project generally includes installation of six radar detectors to replace the existing loop detection system. The radar detectors will be wired to the controller through the existing conduit system. The project will install a new cabinet interface device in the signal cabinet for configuration with the existing controller. The existing loop detectors will be abandoned in-place, with the existing loop feeder cables removed. The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $70,000. The project plans, specifications and contract provisions may be reviewed at no cost through the City of West Linn’s website at Prospective bidders much be registered with the City’s bid management website and be added to the plan holders list to access bid materials. All future addendums will be issued through the bid management system. Questions shall be submitted through the bid management system. The City shall consider no bid unless the bidder is registered with the Oregon Construction Contractor Board and the bidder has complied with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements. The City of West Linn reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to postpone the award for 90 days, to delete certain items from the proposal, and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
