NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE For sale to the highest bidder, the following property: a variety of household items and personal property and effects which have been abandoned by David Owens. Items include beds, bedding, clothing, lamps, desks, chairs, exercise equipment, golf clubs, a grill, bicycles, and other miscellaneous personal property. Said personal property shall be sold by private bidding by sealed bid and in AS IS condition (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment, or the like). Bids must be delivered to Carlos Chavez, 775 Cascade St, Oregon City Oregon 97045 at or before 5:00 p.m. on May 19, 2023, and must indicate the bid amount and contact information of the bidder. The minimum bid shall be $10,429.13 to be paid in cash or cashiers’ check by purchaser. Upon confirmation of the winning bid, purchaser must promptly tender full payment and take possession of the personal property or said bid will be deemed void and the next highest bidder will be contacted.
