NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING The Clackamas County Service District No. 5 for Street Lighting Budget Committee will hold a public meeting to discuss the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 Proposed Budget (for the period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024), on May 22, 2023, starting at 9:45 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and deliberate on the Proposed Budget. Public comment will be taken during this meeting. Any person may discuss the proposed program with the Budget Committee. Written communication submitted will be added to the record, but will not be read aloud during the Citizen Communication portion of the meeting. For details on the FY2023-24 Proposed Budget, the meeting schedule, or information on how to provide public comment, please go to the County’s website link: A copy of the budget document may also be inspected on or after May 15th at 2051 Kaen Road, FL4, Oregon City, Oregon 97045, by appointment only, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday – Thursday.
