NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Gervais, Marion County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 will be held at Gervais City Hall, 592 4th Street, Gervais, Oregon on May 18, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. A Zoom link will also be available for those who wish to attend virtually. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any interested persons are welcome to attend this meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 11, 2023 by calling Gervais City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at (503) 792-4900. A digital copy of the budget will also be posted on the City of Gervais website on or after May 11, 2023 at www.gervaisoregon.org. Any person may join the online meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
