CITY OF MADRAS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Madras will hold public hearings before the City of Madras Planning Commission and the City Council in order to receive testimony or comments on Planning File No. PA-22-2 for which the City of Madras will propose amending the City of Madras Comprehensive Plan to add certain components of the Madras Housing Capacity Analysis into the City’s Comprehensive Plan as required by Statewide Planning Goal 10-Hosing. No changes to the City’s Urban Area Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map are proposed with regard to zoning of land or changes to the City’s Urban Growth Boundary. STANDARDS AND APPLICABLE CRITERIA: The applicable criteria for this land use decision are OAR 660-08 and the Madras Comprehensive Plan. Anyone may submit written comments in advance of the public hearings to the Community Development Department at 125 SW E Street, Madras, Oregon. The complete file will be available for review at Madras Community Development Department. Upon request, copies of file materials are available at a cost of $.25 per page. This meeting/event location is accessible. Sign and other language interpreter service, assistive listening devices, materials in alternate format such as Braille, large print, electronic formats, language translations or any other accommodations are available upon advance request at no cost.
