NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING ON STATE SHARED REVENUE A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Hubbard, Marion County, State of Oregon, where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024. The meeting will take place on June 6, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and budget document, and to receive comments from the public on the proposed budget and use of State Revenue Sharing funds. A second meeting will take place on June 7, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., if needed. A copy of the budget document will be made available for review on the City’s website https://www.cityofhubbard.org, no later than June 6, 2023. The budget meeting will be a hybrid meeting, with the option to attend in person at City Hall or via Zoom. Should you wish to speak during the public hearing portion of the meeting, you may sign up by completing the form on the City’s webpage at https://www.cityofhubbard.org/bc/webform/sign-ifyouwant-speak-meeting or calling City Hall 48 hours prior to the meeting.
