CITY OF CULVER, OREGON REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Crawdad Festival Vendors NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Culver solicits proposals for the following services from vendors for the Culver Crawdad Festival on August 19, 2023: 1. Crawdad Dinner – Vendor to provide and serve a Crawdad Dinner for the Culver Crawdad Festival and comply with all Health Department regulations. 2. Beer Garden – Vendor to provide a Beer Garden for the Culver Crawdad Festival and comply with all OLCC regulations. 3. Disc Jockey Services – Vendor to provide equipment and entertainment services for the Culver Crawdad Festival. City of Culver reserves the right to accept the proposal and award the contract to the highest scoring responsive, responsible proposer which is in the best interests of the City, to postpone the acceptance of proposals received and the award of the contract for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or to reject any and all proposals received and further advertise for proposals. This is not a public work contract subject to State Prevailing Wage Rate or the Federal Prevailing Rate of Wage required under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 USC 3141 et seq.).
