Notice of Budget Committee Meetings A public meeting of the Budget Committee and of the Canby Urban Renewal District of the City of Canby, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, will be held on June 1, 2023 at 6:00 pm. This meeting will be held in addition to the May 25, 2023 meetings. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. Public comment will be heard at the first meeting on June 1, 2023. Any person may provide comment in written form, in person, or virtually. Written comments must be received by 4:30 pm on May 31, 2023. If you wish to speak virtually, please contact the City Recorder at benhamm@canbyoregon.gov or call 503-266-0720 by 4:30 pm on June 1, 2023 with your name and contact information. Once your information is received you will be sent instructions on how to speak virtually.
