TO: CRAIG BROUGHTON IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF OREGON: You are hereby required to appear and defend the claims filed against you by Plaintiff Arbor Roses Homeowners Association in the Complaint filed in the above-entitled Court within thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this Summons. The date of first publication is June 8, 2023. If you fail to timely appear and defend, Plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the Complaint. This is a collection action in which plaintiff prays for a judgment in its favor in the sum of $4,597.20 plus any additional monthly assessment accruing between the filing date of March 23, 2023, and the date of judgment, interest, and costs of collection, including attorneys’ fees accruing after March 1, 2023, to the date of entry of judgment; plus pre- and post-judgment interest on the judgment at the annual rate of 18%; for the costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred; and for such other and further relief as the court may deem just and proper.
