PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, on June 28th at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at the Public Services Building, in Room 409 located at 2051 Kaen Road Oregon City, Oregon, the Board of County Commissioners in accordance with ORS 271.330(6), will hear objections to the sale and transfer of Clackamas County property to Clackamas Water Environmental Services to meet their comprehensive plans and goals to produce clean water, protect water quality, the natural environment and recover renewable resources. This transfer would ensure continuous, proper maintenance of these natural/wetland areas. 22E01DB10100, parcel no. 01755283 is defined as: TRACT c, Oregon Trail Estates, in Clackamas County and State of Oregon. 22E03DA02400, parcel no. 01876189 is defined as: The North 9 acres of the South 5 chains of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 3, Township 2 South, Range 2 East of the Willamette Meridian, Clackamas County, Oregon.
