SUMMARY STATEMENT FOR RELIEF The relief sought by the plaintiff is Quiet Title by Adverse Possession of the property described as follows: A parcel of land in the northwest quarter of Section 6 in Township 15 South of Range 16 East of the Willamette Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the northerly right of way line of the O’Neill Highway No. 370 (30 feet from centerline) with the westerly right of way line of the Ochoco Highway No. 126 (50 feet from centerline), said point lying at Highway Station 757+89.30, 50 feet left of centerline (ODOT r/w map recorded as Survey 2803, Crook County survey records), and said point lying S89deg.37’29 E along the north line of said Section 6
