HEARING NOTICE The Newberg Planning Commission will hold public hearings on August 10, 2023, at 7 p.m. at the Newberg Public Safety Building, 401 E Third Street, Newberg, OR and via teleconference using Zoom to evaluate the following new proposals: 1. Conditional Use Permit (Quasi-Judicial): Consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a vacation rental home at 3238 E Province Court.
