NOTICE OF AUCTION For Sale by sealed, private bidding: Abandoned Mobile Home currently registered to Elaine Carroll. The mobile home is located at Lanter’s Landing, 7842 SE Lindy Lane, Sp. 7, Portland, Oregon 97206. The home is a 1995 Fleetwood; Home ID. No. 273529; Serial No. CAFLR17AB16947VM. An open house to inspect the home will be held on August 17, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and again on August 24, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The home is being sold AS IS and purchaser will have 60 days to complete repairs on the outside of the home and space to conform with park requirements. The sale will be held by sealed bidding, with the home being sold to the highest qualified bidder. The successful bidder will have 48 hours to submit certified funds to KLB Partnership, LLC after notification of the winning bid. If funds are not received in that time, KLB Partnership, LLC reserves the right to move to the next bidder. Sealed bids will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on August 29, 2023. Sealed bids must be received by the deadline addressed to KLB Partnership, LLC, PO Box 464, Canby, Oregon 97013. The home may remain in the park as long as it is owner occupied by a person approved for tenancy by KLB Partnership, LLC. No occupancy will be allowed until the tenant has completed all steps required, up to and including a rental agreement signed by both the tenant and landlord. Monthly space rent is $800, plus water, sewer, and some incidentals that can be detailed during the application process.
