Notice is hereby given on this date (Date Notice is Sent), that the Crook County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 to consider the following: Bobby Kennedy II filed a subdivision application identified as file number 217-23-001387-PLNG. The property is identified as map/tax lot 1516000000800. The property is zoned Rural Residential Zone, R-10 The subject property is located adjacent to and west of Davis Loop. Kennedy Way bisects the property. The applicable approval criteria are: Title 18, Chapters 18.92 (R-10 Zone), 18.124 (Supplementary Provisions), and 18.172 (Administration Provisions) Title 17, Chapters 17.08 (Definitions), 17.12 General Requirements and Subdivision Review Committee, 17.16 (Tentative Plans), 17.20 (Final Plat) 17.36 (Design Standards), and 17.40 (Improvements). Written testimony received by Friday, September 1, 2023, will be considered by staff prior to the issuance of the staff report and recommendation on this application. However, written testimony will continue to be accepted until the record closes, which may occur as soon as the conclusion of the public hearing. Failure to raise an issue in the hearing, in person or by letter, or failure to provide sufficient specificity to afford the decision maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based on that issue. A copy of the application, all documents and evidence relied upon by the applicant and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost and will be provided at reasonable cost in accordance with the County’s fee schedule.
