NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE OF CLACKAMAS COUNTY SURPLUS PROPERTY On June 21st, 2023, Clackamas County, by and through the Department of Transportation & Development (DTD), auctioned and sold properties obtained via tax foreclosure (listed below). The County has recovered the taxes, penalties and costs. It has been determined that after recovering the above-mentioned costs there may be surplus funds available to prior owners of record. Prior owners of record have until January 26, 2024 to complete and return the required claim forms and supporting documentation to Clackamas County DTD Property Disposition Division.
