The purpose of this lawsuit is to obtain declaratory and injunctive relief concerning the following parcels of real property: An easement for ingress and egress over and across the following described portions of the northwest one-quarter of section 8, Township 2 South, Range 3 East, of the Willamette Meridian, Clackamas County, Oregon, being more particularly described as follows: Tract A, Parcel 2: A portion of Section 8, Township 2 South, Range 3 East of the Willamette Meridian, in the County of Clackamas, and State of Oregon, described as follows: An 8-foot wide parcel, when measured at right angles to, adjoining and lying Westerly of the Northerly East line, adjoining and lying South of the Easterly North line, and adjoining and lying West of the most Easterly line of the follow-ing described parcel: Beginning at an iron pipe in the quarter Section line at a point 363 feet East of the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 8, Township 2 South, Range 3 East of the Willamette Meridian; thence East tracing the quarter Section line 988 feet to a point 20 feet East of the Northwest corner of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section; thence North 20 feet; thence West parallel to aforesaid quarter Section line 968 feet to a point 20 feet East of the East boundary of that certain Tract of land conveyed to Mary A.
