HEARING NOTICE The Dundee Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 18, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Dundee Fire Station Community Room, 801 N. Highway 99W, Dundee, OR, to evaluate the following proposal: A request for Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map amendments to modify 1.21 acres of a 2.78 acre property from industrial to commercial designations including the conversion of 1.21 acres of LI (Light Industrial) to COM (Commercial) designated land and 1.21 acres of LI (Light Industrial) to CBD (Commercial Business District) zoned land. The applicable criteria used to make a decision on the application are found in Dundee Municipal Code 17.405.030 (A & B); File No. ZC-CMA 23-07 A copy of the application, all documents and evidence submitted by or for the applicant, and the applicable criteria and standards shall be available for review at the Dundee City Hall, 620 SW 5th Street, Dundee, OR 97115. Copies shall be provided at a reasonable cost. The staff report regarding this project will be available one week before the hearing and posted on the city website at https://www.dundeecity.org/pcmeetings . If you have any questions, please call the Dundee City Hall at 503-538-3922. All interested persons may appear and provide testimony. Any written testimony must be submitted to the Dundee City Hall office by noon on October 16, 2023. Written testimony received after this time will be read out loud at the hearing subject to time limits for speakers and will be included in the record if there are further proceedings.
