NOTICE OF COUNTY COURT PUBLIC HEARING Record number 217-23-000252-PLNG Notice is hereby given that the during its regularly scheduled County Court Meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, and again on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, the Crook County Court will consider the following: In regard to Record No. 217-23-000252-PLNG, following Order No. 2023-12 of the County Court and the Planning Commission’s May 9, 2023 Report and Recommendation, the Crook County Court will be considering Ordinance No. 337, which would amend the Crook County Destination Resort Overlay Map by removing the real property underlying DR-08-0092. The County Court will consider the matter pursuant to Crook County Code 18.168 and applicable state statutes. A copy of Ordinance 337, all documents and evidence relied upon by the County Court are available for inspection at no cost and will be provided at reasonable cost in accordance with the County’s fee schedule.
