A copy of the Petition for the Appointment of Guardian for an Indefinite Period accompanies this notice. The petitioner and proposed guardian is a professional fiduciary solicited to serve in this case by respondent’s care providers. Any objections to the appointment of a guardian for an indefinite period must be made or filed in this proceeding in the above court on or before November 2, 2023 or fifteen days from the last publication date of this notice, whichever is later. Objections may be made in writing or in person, orally, at Multnomah County Circuit Court, Probate Department, 1200 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97204. If the court receives objections, the judge will hold a hearing. As of the date on this notice, no hearing has been set.
