City of St. Paul Public Notice The City of St. Paul Oregon is posting a public notice for a sealed bid action for a surplus 1996, 10,000-gallon, vertical poly water storage tank. It will be up to the winning bidder to remove the water tank from the current premises located at 4258 Park Ave., St. Paul Oregon. The minimum bid that will be accepted for the tank will be $5000.00, and if you want the stainless-steel brackets for the base of the tank, that would be another minimum bid of $1000.00. Sealed bids will be accepted as soon as this post is posted, the winner of the sealed bid action will be announced at the December 13, 2023, general council meeting, which starts at 5:30pm.
