NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETINGS Two public meetings of the Budget Committee of the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District, Washington County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, will be held in April 2024 and May 2024. These are in-person public meetings where deliberation of the budget committee will take place. The meetings will be held at the Tualatin Valley Water District, 1850 SW 170th Avenue, Beaverton, Oregon. The first meeting will be held on April 18, 2024, at 6:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. The second meeting will be held on May 16, 2024, at 6:00 pm for approval of the budget. Virtual attendance of these meetings is also available by emailing budgetcommitteecomments@thprd.org by 12 pm the day of the meeting. Testimony is being accepted for these meetings in-person, virtually, or written. Testimony will be taken with a 3-minute time limit during public comment. If you wish to testify virtually, please sign up by emailing bud getcommitteecomments@thprd.org by 12 pm the day of the meeting with your name, email address, phone number and testimony topic. Additional instructions and a link to access the meeting will be provided. If you wish to submit written testimony via email, please do so by 12 pm the day of the meeting to budgetcommitteecom ments@thprd.org. Testimony received by the deadline will be provided to the committee and entered into the public record. These meetings will be recorded and available via a link on the district website at www.thprd.org no later than 5 business days following the meeting.
