PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING ESTACADA CEMETERY MAINTENANCE DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the Budget Committee of the Estacada Cemetery Maintenance District, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, will hold a public meeting to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Eagle Creek Saloon & Restaurant, 25960 SE Eagle Creek Road, Eagle Creek, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the 10th day of April, 2024 at 9:00 am. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comments from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be obtained on or after April 5, 2024 by emailing ecmd1964@gmail.com. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may submit written testimony on the proposed budget in writing prior no later than 4pm on April 9, 2024 to discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
