Request for Proposal NE Combs Flat Road & OID Ironhorse Piping

LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT CITY OF PRINEVILLE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The City of Prineville requests competitive proposals from qualified and experienced general contractors (Proposer) to construct the NE Combs Flat Road Extension, Segment 1A and Ochoco lrrigation District Ironhorse Piping projects. Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM PDST on the 30th of May, 2024, at City Hall, 387 NE 3rd St., Prineville, Oregon. Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope or box addressed as follows: Lori Ontko City of Prineville City Hall 387 NE 3rd St Prineville, OR The envelope or box shall be clearly marked: Proposal of (inselt name of Contractor) NE Combs Flat Road Extension, Segment 1A & Ochoco Irrigation District Ironhorse Piping Sealed price proposals will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM PDST on June 6, 2024, and the apparent best value proposer will be determined. It is anticipated that the City of Prineville Council will approve the intent to award the contract at the Council meeting on the 11th day of June, 2024. The start date for this project shall be no sooner than the 19th day of June, 2024 with a completion date of no later than the 30th day of June, 2025. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held promptly at 2:00 pm on the 2nd day of May 2024, at the City of Prineville City Hall to review key project elements and answer questions. The work contemplated generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to complete the NE Combs Flat Road Extension, Segment 1A and Ochoco Irrigation District Ironhorse Piping as described in the provided construction drawings. The selected contractor will be required to enter a construction contract with the City of Prineville.
