Revised Notice of Budget Committee Meeting

REVISED NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee for the City of Madras, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, will be held in the City of Madras Council Chambers located at 125 S.W. E Street, Madras, Oregon 97741. There will be three meetings: Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 5:30 P.M.; Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 6:30 P.M.; and Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 5:45 P.M. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget document, hear the budget message, and take questions and comments from the public regarding the budget. A budget copy may be viewed or obtained on or after April 5, 2024, at the Madras City Hall, 125 S.W. E Street, Madras, Oregon, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. This is a public meeting where the Budget Committee will deliberate. Any person may appear at this meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
