NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Milwaukie, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, on the budget for the biennium July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026, will be held in Council Chambers at Milwaukie City Hall (10501 SE Main Street, Milwaukie, Oregon, 97222) on April 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. This is a public meeting to receive the city manager’s budget message, and the proposed biennial budget document will be presented to the Budget Committee. Budget Committee meetings will be held in-person. The public may submit written comments by email to finance@milwaukieoregon.gov. The Committee will take verbal comments during the meetings but may limit speaking time. The public is invited to attend the meetings in-person at city hall or via Zoom video conference (see meeting webpage link for Zoom login information) or by watching the meeting through city’s YouTube channel or Comcast Cable channel 30 in city limits. A copy of the proposed budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 29, 2024, online at www.milwaukieoregon.gov/finance. Budget Committee meeting notices can also be found at www.milwaukieoregon.gov/meetings. Listed below are the times and location of additional Budget Committee meetings that will be held for budget deliberations and public comment.
