NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED USE OF STATE REVENUE SHARING FUNDS For the 2025-2026 Budget Biennium A public hearing for the proposed use of the City of Milwaukie’s State Revenue Sharing Funds for the 2025-2026 biennium will be held during the Budget Committee meetings on April 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. or May 4, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. if needed. The purpose of these meetings is to declare the city’s election to receive state revenue sharing funds to be used as General Fund revenues for General Fund operations. The purpose of the hearing is to provide the public with an opportunity to provide comment on the proposed use of these funds. Budget Committee meetings will be held in-person. The public may submit written comments by email to finance@milwaukieoregon.gov. The Committee will take verbal comments during the meetings but may limit speaking time. The public is invited to attend the meetings in-person at city hall or via Zoom video conference (see meeting webpage link for Zoom login information) or by watching the meeting through city’s YouTube channel or Comcast Cable channel 30 in city limits.
