You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, plaintiff for want thereof will apply to the above entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint, to-wit: 1. For the principal sum of $26,225.09, plus late fees in the amount of $292.59, plus accrued interest in the amount of $1,201.75 through October 26, 2022; 2. For Plaintiff’s attorney fees, costs and disbursements incurred herein; 3. For interest on the sum of paragraphs 1 and 2 above at the contract rate of 4.49 percent per annum, from the date judgment is entered until paid in full; and 4.
