Notice of Budget Committee Meeting

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Estacada School District, Estacada, Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 will be held at Estacada High School located at 355 NE 6th in room 36 at 5:30 PM on May 8, 2024. Members of the public may watch the meeting live at URL https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOU8JlDu4DfR9WVSNdv1VvQ. The agenda and materials for the meeting will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and may be accessed at https://meetings.boardbook.org/Public/Organization/1566. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and the budget document and to receive comments from the public on the proposed budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 1, 2024 at the School District Central Office at 255 NE 6th Avenue, Estacada, Oregon between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Listed below are the dates and times of additional Budget Committee meetings. These are public meetings where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. May 22, 2024 at 7:00 pm May 29, 2024 at 7:00 pm Any person may submit written public comment to be read at the budget meeting by sending an email to irishc@estacada.k12.or.us or by US mail addressed to Christina Irish, Estacada School District Director of Finance, 255 NE 6th Ave, Estacada, OR 97023.
