NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A meeting of the Budget Committee of the Milwaukie Redevelopment Commission (MRC), Clackamas County, State of Oregon, on the budget for the biennium July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026, will be held in Council Chambers at Milwaukie City Hall (10501 SE Main Street, Milwaukie, Oregon 97222) on May 4, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. This is a public meeting to receive the executive director’s budget message, and the proposed biennial budget document will be presented to the Committee. MRC Budget Committee meetings will be held in-person. The public may submit written comments by email to finance@milwaukieoregon.gov. The Committee will take verbal comments during the meetings but may limit speaking time. The public is invited to attend the meetings in-person at city hall or via Zoom video conference (see meeting webpage link for Zoom login information) or by watching the meeting through city’s YouTube channel or Comcast Cable channel 30 in city limits. A copy of the proposed budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 29, 2024, online at www.milwaukieoregon.gov/finance.
