NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS In the Matter of R & M Derby Trust dated September 18, 1997, as amended Richard L. Derby, Deceased, Marian R. Derby, Deceased. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to determine the claims of creditors of the trust Settlors. The names of the trust Settlors are Richard L. Derby, who died on August 2, 2001, and Marian R. Derby, who died on January 25, 2024. Heather L. Derby-Clark and Camillia A. Dolan are the Successor Co-Trustees (Trustee) of the R & M Derby Trust, dated September 18, 1997, as amended.
