(3) 1999 White Chevrolet Camaro, no plates, Vin 2G1FP22GXX2139694 was towed on or about April 14, 2024, at or near the intersection of NE Broadway/ NE Grand Ave., Portland, OR, from Prince-Amahzya Carlie Hudson. District Attorney Case No. DA 2473319. PPB Case No. 24-92454. Seized for criminal forfeiture April 15, 2024, (filing date). (4) 2010 Grey Cadillac CTS, WA plate CJR8838, VIN 1G6DV5EPXA0144004 was towed on or about April 12, 2024, at or near 6032 N Cutter Circle, Portland, OR from Carter John Morse. District Attorney Case No. DA 2473305. PPB Case No. 24-90218. Seized for criminal forfeiture April 15, 2024, (filing date). CRIMINAL FORFEITURE: The above described property was seized for criminal forfeiture on the filing date(s) indicated above by the Portland Police Bureau (PPB) and Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office as a result of a criminal investigation. The investigation is identified by the listed District Attorney (DA) case number and Portland Police Bureau (PPB) case number. The property is subject to forfeiture pursuant to ORS 131.558 as proceeds/instrumentalities and/or conveyances of prohibited conduct inasmuch as the property is proceeds and/or was used in committing or facilitating the violation of, solicitation to violate, attempt to violate, or conspiracy to violate the criminal laws of the State of Oregon as set forth in ORS Chapter 131.
